Matte Knurled Titanium Grip / Purple Aluminum Barrel

Mixing metals is cool and purposeful. The medium weight of Titanium feels substantial without being heavy and moves the balance towards the tip. The lightweight aluminum provides a cool pop of color. The sandblasted Titanium clip pairs visually with the grip for a clean, put together look.

Grip

The distinct diamond PEAK knurled grip provides confident traction. The 'peak' knurling is our most aggressively 'grippy' grip.

EnerGel-Optimized Geometry

The CX-E is precision-machined around the popular Pentel® EnerGel refill. The internal length accommodates full EnerGel refills, and the tip opening is sized specifically for EnerGel geometry to eliminate tip movement and maximize writing stability. The result is a tighter, more stable writing feel.

Convertible Length Architecture

The CX-E includes a removable Extension Collar that allows the pen to be configured in two lengths:

Model CX-E Length (5.78" / 147mm)
Designed for full-length Pentel® EnerGel refills.

Model C-E Length (5.25" / 133mm)
Matches the length of our Model C and uses a trimmed EnerGel refill. This modular system unifies the EnerGel writing experience with the proportions of our Parker-style platform.

Included Trim Fixture

A custom 3D-printed trim fixture is included to shorten a standard EnerGel refill (~12mm) for use in Compact mode. The fixture ensures a square, repeatable cut for consistent fit and function. Use your box cutter to trim the refill by pressing the blade in the slot of the fixture. The blade will not go completely through the refill, it is designed as a cut and rotate design, typically requiring 3 press cuts to go completely through.

Click

Our custom 4 part click mechanism includes 3 injection molded Delrin polymer parts paired to a anodized Aluminum button. The system is designed for high tactile click performance without lubrication or cleaning requirements. Warranted for the life.
