Spoke / Trim Fixture

The Spoke Trim Fixture is designed to be used to cut a standard EnerGel refill to a size that can be used in our Model C length pens.

To use, insert the refill tip first. Press on the refill cylinder near the tip end to assure it does not move during the cutting process. Using your own sharp razor knife/box cutter, press the blade onto the refill through the slot in the fixture. The slot is designed to not go all the way through the refill. Remove the blade, twist rotate the refill ~ a 1/3 revolution and cut again. Repeat the rotate and cut until the refill end is completely cut off. The multi-cut approach has tested to provide a consistent 90 degree end cut.

Always use appropriate care and caution when handling and cutting the refill.
